Interesting Facts About Me
I’m Charlotte – Virtual Assistant and Hospitality Expert supporting hosts, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and hotel or serviced apartment operators with foresight, structure and true implementation power. But before I became digital, my daily life was very much analog – right at the heart of hotel operations.
For over 12 years, I worked in hotels around the world: from front desk and guest relations to pre-openings, reservations, and revenue management. I truly love the hospitality industry – especially when processes run smoothly, communication is honest, and people work with passion.
I also spent five years as an executive assistant to the board of a Munich-based foundation (NGO).
Today, I combine both worlds: Hotel Expertise and Business Know-How – digital, structured, and organized.
I enjoy working with people who are open to smart solutions, run their businesses with heart, and strive to stay professional and efficient at the same time.
